Ourmind is used, among other things, as a back-office system for the customer service of an international listed company, which enables customer service representatives to provide answers to a wide range of customer questions.
Ourmind roots are in the challenges of finding knowledge. The company started in 2017 with the development of an online service called Ourmind for the problem of finding information. The idea is to automate the routing of organizational issues to the right experts while saving information generated in communications. At the same time, other metadata generated in the communication is also stored, such as the response delay. Behind all this is the goal of saving time, allowing time to be spent on something more productive than searching for information.
