With a schedule of practical workshops, sales mentoring, and growth experiments, this program equips entrepreneurs with the skills and frameworks to land their first customers and build traction.

Go-to-Market & Customer Discovery: Define your ideal customer profile, explore market-entry pathways, and conduct early adopter interviews.

Week 3 – November 17, 9 am – 12 noon
Sales Strategy & B2B Tactics: Build your sales funnel, practice objection handling, and test pricing models.

Week 4 – November 26, 9 am – 12 noon
Growth Experiments & Pilot Sales: Run A/B tests, pilot projects with SMEs, and practice deal closing.

Week 5 – December 3, 9 am – 12 noon
Scaling & Investor Readiness: Build startup metrics dashboards, apply scaling frameworks, and craft your investor story.

Demo Day: Pitch & Sell – present to investors, SMEs, and the ecosystem, showcasing traction and results.
