In the Idea → MVP phase, led by Veera Lehmonen, we ensure you are solving a real problem for the right user. We support you in identifying and validating the problem, defining your ICP, sharpening your value proposition, and building a well‑scoped MVP without unnecessary development work. By the end of this phase, you will have a demo‑ready MVP, a validated problem, and a clear understanding of why your product deserves to exist.
In the MVP → Sales phase, you will work with Tomi Kaukinen to shift into real sales, build your go‑to‑market strategy, and acquire your first paying customers. The goal is not only to develop the product, but to ensure it actually sells.
