Tomi Kaukinen

Serial entrepreneur and keynote speaker

Tomi Kaukinen is a serial entrepreneur and keynote speaker. He has founded several technology startups in his career, scaled teams and launched products across different continents. He has a passion for making startup-life understandable and talk openly about the challenges of day to day entrepreneurship, from getting fundraising, scaling sales, to recruiting and how to develop products. Tomi has a M. Sc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and has also worked in private equity before jumping to start-up life in 2012.

Veera Lehmonen

Mission-driven entrepreneur

Veera Lehmonen is a mission-driven entrepreneur with a strong background in scaling SaaS businesses and driving innovation. As a founder of Cuckoo, she grew the company from scratch to 1M ARR leading a team of 20+ people. Her journey has included hands-on sales, building scalable organisations, and implementing growth strategies grounded in data and creativity.

Entrepreneur, angel investor, and executive coach

Mikko Kaipainen is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and executive coach who co-founded and scaled Yousician into a global success with tens of millions of users and over €60 million in annual revenue. He is now building Flickerdeck, blending timeless tarot symbolism with contemporary design to spark meaningful reflection and deeper human connection.
